Volpe-Welty is floating a lot of trash.

A couple of months ago, I received a prospectus from them about Connect, Inc. This is another poorly managed company they've taken public. Mr. Welty himself owns 1% of the company! Connect is the only Internet company I know of that has been in the business for 8 years and still hasn't benefited from the growth of the Internet. That's bad!
