a thought re : Lumber Prices Soar, But Logs Are Still Dirt Cheap .................................. Many times, over many years, I have heard "very important people" (such as the head of the Harvard Endowment Fund, or some adviser to extremely wealthy families) "extol" (praise enthusiastically) the wisdom and quiet patience and brilliance of investing in timberland.
