Re: BEA selling -- if you recall, BEA acquired 5.5 million shares from the Benton Bankruptcy Estate at, effectively, around $2.20/share (total $12.0m). I do not believe it is the Trustee, but rather, it is more likely BEA taking profits. If and when the Trustee sells, it will be a private block sale, not through the market.
