I've bought a position in Iron Mountain (IRM).

They are known for secure storage of paper records (In underground caves and such). The word is that nobody saves paper anymore and so IRM price is down which makes the dividend percentage above 6%. More than paper though, what Iron Mountain stores are backup disks for companies who don't trust that the cloud will always be there when worst comes to worst.
