They'll store damn near anything. My last company was convinced they couldn't dispose of things in case they needed to fight a lawsuit so EVERYTHING IP sensitive was archived and set off to IRM for long term storage. Imagine a 5x5 foot cube of stuff being sent on a monthly basis for over 15 years.

I have a large position in IRM because I firmly believe that most of that storage will never be retrieved or disposed of until the storage fees stop being paid.
