RVNC—So possible both plants have to be inspected (instead of one now and one later).
Fortunately not. The second (contact) manufacturing site is for redundancy and is not part of the pending BLA. One reason RVNC wants manufacturing redundancy is that the in-house manufacturing site (Newark, CA) is in a high-risk zone for earthquakes.
