I wish I had more knowledge of distributions to have asked the right questions when I spoke to MCDE. I spoke with Mat Hogan, the chief financial officer, and only clearly understood that he thought some distributions were taking place to entities that have no interest in holding stock because of the nature of those entities. He is fiendly to taking calls, and was in his office just before 8AM pacific time. Direct line is (650) 428-3557.
