L.E. - Thanks for the vote! But, unfortunately I don't think I will be around long enough. Reading this thread has been like a mystery novel (what suspense! -will investors reap the rewards or will Ira be carted off to jail). As soon as the financials are out Im gone.

Besides, I think Little Engine IS the most qualified to ask the questions. I am extremely confident that he will NOT gain any money if this stock goes to $10 or to $0.01. So, in my opinion, who better to ask the questions? Someone who has no vested interest and only wants to know the truth, or someone who has a vested interest in the stock going up?? Hmmm.......

With that said, I am quite surprised no one on this thread has been discussing the dilution effect from this $25 mill credit line. To me, this seems more like a deal with a VC (Venture Capitalist) firm than with a bank - cash for equity. Any comments?????

(Jonathan - with your revolutionary, new-wave finance skills, you might want to calculate FAMH's future stock price using DILUTED EPS - this way, you might only get $5.50/share by next month).

Regards All,
Lowell
