It shows concern. If he didn’t care, he wouldn’t bother. I know I was a bit short this morning, what I was trying to say goes beyond the specifics of Lindy.
If I trusted the government as much as you and Lindy do I'd buy the 'expression of concern' angle.
On the other hand, if you trusted the government as much as I do you'd see it as an exhortation to suicide.
Fool me 500 times, shame on me. Fool me 501 times, well sure, I suppose I'll take a chance.
Personally, I'll wait until well into next flu season, if at all.

All looks pretty shady. We apparently pay some very highly educated folks a lot of money to not know much about anything. Government is just people with power. Vain, petty, greedy people. No special mantle of valor comes with a government job.
A lot of dead people at the hands of government, but hey, this time it's different.
Maybe so.
Edit: Surprised at the 99% "good people" remark. I'd have put it at 100%-even when Mq shows up. Or myself, for that matter, still working on it. |
