Effective at the opening, Tuesday, April 27, 2021, the common share purchase warrants of Numinus Wellness Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.

The warrants were issued pursuant to a recent financing undertaken by Numinus Wellness. Please refer to the TSX Venture Exchange's bulletin dated April 6, 2021, as well as the company's news release dated March 19, 2021.
