That's exactly why its adaptation in the US will be very slow. IMO, it is hyped well beyond the reality. I suspect when the reality hits it will be a market down event. Paris agreement is a failure. The US is the only country to reduce its carbon footprint. The rest are talking a good game and being ineffective. As much as I dislike Kerry, his idea of penalizing those who do not make progress is a great idea. It should put a tariff on their exports. DECISION TIME FOR THE CHEATERS! Bob
