Funny - no one would expect a garden grown in shade to do well.

In my studies of health and medicinal measures it comes up over and over..

Vitamin D3

When I was in my 20s everyone was on and on about vitamin C

So is it just a fad? Is another vitamin next?

Well no one said Vitamin C was a scam. As men look into the microbials
of things like viruses, over and again D3 is showing itself to be vital.

Most drugs prescribed are poisons designed to kill your disease more than you.

But when we come to Chemo Therapy - it is really difficult to judge if the death
we manage to inflict on the cancer is worth the death we inflict upon ourselves.

Concerning Covid - it is now well agreed that people with a vitamin D deficiency
are at greater risk of developing disease from the virus and having more drastic
results from it.

If I was a doctor and instructed that I was only lawfully allowed to prescribe one thing
(Think about that sentence carefully especially the word "allowed")

I would prescribe Vitamin D3 - even a poor man can afford it - just go out in the Sun.

Most of us live in the SHADE - sitting in front of computers we will later blame.

It is NOT the computer - it is the SITTING and the SHADE.

Take 5000 IU daily - if your nails get really soft and/or your hair starts to come out cut back to 1000
Dry and breaking nails are a clue you need D3 and A
