Justin, SGI definitly needs to do quite a few new hires. but first a good old stalinist purge of those whose revantionist, reactionary, ideology of big margins on a small number of machines for the few, still poison the air. they need to bring in top talent whose core beliefs are that SGI must get awsome technology into the hands and minds of everyone. it must become the common wisdom that buying a Compaq or Sun or IBM or Dell product is irresponsable and irrational when you can buy an SGI product for the same money.
