Theo: I think that since they are now a Delaware Corp., they have to re-file under their new name in all states where they intend to do business. They are covering themselves so that someone doesn't come along and claim that they are not authorized to do business in a particular state. It is a prelude to the kiss. Are there any other metaphors out there that I can mangle? marty
