How much is from Tads and how much from selling air conditioners? What multiple should one place on the air conditioning business vs the TAD business. If .02 cents comes from the terrific TAD bizz and you put a 50 multiple on that annualized=$4.00 and 12X the .10/quarter .40 annualized untaxed air conditioner bizz=4.80, then the shares might be worth $8.80 in a best case scenario. Actual value probably closer to 5 bucks.
