This news is actually better than I was hoping for. I say this
because the terms of the agreement seem very favorable for
CK. $1.2 million and a million shares, a refreshing change
from so many other VSE companies that do similar tranactions
and manage to issue 20 or 30 million shares!!! I believe that
most or all of the million shares will be restricted, so the
tight structure is very much intact.
