Lets see - hire a Philipino crew - periodically stop paying them, charge them for food and birth while on the ship, print shares - sell the company stuff at an extreme profit. loan money to the company at credit card rates that you borrowed from the company interest free, pay no taxes, roll back every 1 - 2 years- pay off government officials, loose a ship every 5 years or so that is over insured by a factor of ten .................. got to be a Greek shipping company.
