Lam up ~7.5% as of midday on 1.7M shares traded so far. Yet the SOX index is up only ~3%. I did not expect Lam to outperform the SOX for sometime now since their guidance was very cautious and their backlog will make them more susceptible to the asian downturn in the ST. Any news on the wires? I cannot find any. Someone is buying!
