SEC Halts Trading Of Systems Of Excellence For 2 Weeks WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)-- The Securities and Exchange Commission temporarily suspended trading of the securities of Systems of Excellence Inc. (SEXI) for two weeks, effective today. The SEC said the trading halt is due to questions raised about the adequacy and accuracy of public information disseminated by the Coral Gables, Fla., firm. The information in question concerns the company's reported financial condition, the existence and value of services the firm received in exchange for stock, the registration status of stock issued to consultants, the reasons the firm changed its independent accountants, and the company's sales of video teleconferencing products. The trading suspension will end at 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 21. The company manufactures and markets multi-platform desktop video distribution and teleconferencing products.
