Clarification does not come until the audited financials are completed. Boy, that's a real revelation, isn't it? Until then, Buckeye and Little Engine and Andrew H (if he was still around) could debate the content of their discussions with Ira.

Since I have never personally spoken with Ira and since I'm not doing the audit, I guess I'll just sit here and watch the daggers continue to fly to and fro on the old SI thread. Cheap entertainment.
