James, The news is now on Yahoo! Until the terms of the purchase is announced, we won't know what the stock will do, but this is what i think: The Yahoo news story says CAFE is worth $10M. This is probably what Coventry is going to pay. If there are 100M shares outstanding this computes to .10 per share !!!! Not bad considering it still looks like it's trading for 3/64 !!! Chris
