Why the 1/2 pop yesterday ?? See my post #1441. GT has clarified how it's going to expense their accumulated pre-paid royalties of $87.5 million. << When it reports results for Q1 '98, the company will reveal that it is budgeting 15%-20% of what it expects will be its annual publishing revenue on R&D. Chaimowitz declined to reveal how much revenue is expected (Not a good sign!! Here was his chance to pre-announce good news or reassure investors regarding Q4), but CIBC Oppenheimer analyst Robert Fagin forecasts GT generated about $308m from publishing last year.>> 20% of which would be 61.6 million.
