I was thinking 10% interest rates.

Back in the late 80's I was trying to renegotiate a mortgage down to below 10%, as rates were lowering, but my bank wouldn't have it. There was a major crisis on at the time and the foreclosures had skyrocketed. Several of my neighbors got foreclosed and I had a very near run of things.

But that was then. What about today?

Yep, I think hold both with some cash.

With over a year in chaos regarding real work, the commodities scarcity could be a problem.

Fiat could be in crisis. Can't see crypto weakening unless the bs regarding fiat is at least seriously dealt with.
