To Anyone and Steve I believe that this is good news however there are some things I do not understand. 1. Why did they set the price at .165 cents instead of .50 cents? Do they not believe that this company is undervalued, because that is what I have been told for a long, long time? 2. Who will be getting the shares? 3. Does the company have new plans for promotion? How, when, where and what? 4. What are the drilling plans now that they have this placement? Have they changed? 5. What does "No investment dealer, broker or agent will be participating in the placements. The proposed placements will be at arm's length." mean exactly? Thanks Dug
