1. We don't know the number but it is relatively small.

2. All India asked for was chemical precursors. With which they could make their own.

If Rat's post is factual, it is a step in the right direction but Biden needs to get off his ass. India's problem today (as is Brazil's) is far bigger than the US's ever was.
