Playfair Mining (PLY-V) PP Apr 29, '21 - NR Playfair Mining Ltd. is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement of 10 million common shares at 15 cents per share for gross proceeds of $1.5-million. The proceeds will be used for exploration on the RKV project in south-central Norway and for general working capital purposes. Finders' fees may be paid in connection with the private placement.
