While NN/ATM sales doubled over a one year period (from 4Q96 to 4Q97), we know from the last ASND conference call that ASND/ATM sales almost doubled (they were up 75%) in just a three (3) month period (from 3Q97 to 4Q97). Gary, again we would be remiss if we didn't point out that the ATM switch business is very lumpy. One big deal (NTT?) could easily make it appear that one vendor has gained market share. It's difficult to look at market share and give it much credence over short periods of time - especially for carrier class products. Gary (not Korn)
