The company has agreed with Union Securities for theÿ placementÿ ofÿ upÿ to
4,000,000ÿ special warrants at $0.225 per warrant for proceeds of $900,000.
Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one unit consisting ofÿ one
shareÿ andÿ one warrant and for no additional consideration to purchase one
share for $0.225 the first year and $0.275ÿ theÿ second.ÿ Theÿ companyÿ has
agreedÿ to pay Union Securities 5% of gross proceeds and has further agreed
to issue class B warrants to purchase up to 500,000 sharesÿ atÿ $0.275ÿ for
twoÿ years.ÿ Fundsÿ willÿ beÿ usedÿ toÿ financeÿ Voiseyÿ Bay work, property
acquisitionsÿ andÿ explorationÿ asÿ wellÿ asÿ forÿ generalÿÿ administrative
purposes.
The company has granted 400,000 options at $0.28 for two years.
