***Response from Joe Lanza***

Well, Jack, I have to go along with you. I do not see the rules as I
know them being followed. Then again, the rules are changing so fast I
don't know what people can do and not do any more.

It appears to me by your posting that you and others think the current
management or myself are playing games. Again I say that I am looking at
more loss than anybody and if I found management trying to screw us I
would be all over them with you and any other shareholders who would
follow. Somebody has you looking in this direction while they keep playing
their game, hoping they can come back into the company. Wes, Jack and
all others, use common sense. I and the company (up to now) had nothing
to gain.

The company is trying to buy Voyager's position back which, if you haven't
figured it out, will increase your equity. Indian Wells Investment Company
took out another potential problem so as to take the cap off the
market (signed a note for preferred non-voting). Somebody is still going to
various market makers offering 500,000 shares for sale. It's not me and
it's not Joe V., so who has 500,000 shares, or why would the market makers
believe he has? So Wes & Jack, I told the market makers who offered me the
position that I would buy it and then have counsel file a 13D. But
guess what? There is no 500,000-share position to be had. So who is still
trying to hurt the share price and why? If you think on it, the answer will
come, and then direct your understandable anger at the right parties,
as I will when I can prove it.

We need to take Voyager's position out and put the shares back into the
treasury. The company's offer is stated and I do not believe the company
can go a penny higher. Once this has been done, Xecom should be able to
trade in a way we can all understand. If you question me on this, call
a market maker and ask him what kind of damage to the market this
Reg S position-for-sale can do.

Lastly, Jack, not even you are as angry as I am. But before I jump, I
want to make sure I'm right, because when I make a move -- !!!

Joe
