(i.e., he lied). Abandoned under a contract that conveys ownership to the shop owner after the passage of some number of day, which is documented.

The shop owner then gave it to Rudy, which the shop owner was legally within his rights to have done.

So, that's how it was received legally.

Do you really believe that crap? Its more likely he was given it by a Kremlin agent.
