*Response from Joe Lanza* Wes, I have turned everything over to my legal counsel. But, to set the record straight, most of the stock I own is non-voting B preferred. Also, I don't own more than 4.9% and, to my knowledge, I never have. I have been a buyer and when Voyager is settled I will see how my finances sit and I'll probably buy more. If and when I go over 4.9%, you better believe I will file a 13D. Joe
