A question concerning the NASDAQ regulations about not trading under $1.00 for 30 consecutive days. Generally, the regs say that a company may be delisted if this occurs, but I'm wondering exactly what that means.

For the past few weeks BCMD has been trading under $1.00 but yesterday, Feb 2, it did have a high of $1.00. Does that satisfy the regulation? Or would the stock have to "close" at $1.00 to satisfy the regulation?
