Ken, I agree - I feel SMMT is still undervalued. Some people may glance at a corporate summary and think: "Another software company, with eps projections that are good but not awesome". The reality (IMO) is that no one has the software tools to compare to SMMT's, which should get virtually all the business in their "niche". The eps projections seem too low. Those projections do not nearly reflect the degree to which SMMT's latest software tools will be accepted, I feel.
SMMT has a good website, especially for a company this size. It's not flashy, but is attractive and informative: summit-design.com
You can see that quarterly revenue growth (vs. year ago quarter) has actually been accelerating (+41%, +50%, +54%, +72%), which makes you really wonder about those eps projections from the analysts. At the website, I particularly found the "Product Info" (and "Customer Success Stories", within that category) to be of interest. It may take a while, but I feel SMMT will be going a lot higher. We are nowhere near the "summit" as far as price, IMO. |
