Lawsuits will take a back seat to actions by the authorities first in regards to the company and management, it may be a mute point thereafter as attorneys will want to see assets if they are going to represent the group on a contingency basis.

It will be required to prove damages in regards to late delivery of certificates, which may again be a very difficult case, and potentially very costly.

Lawsuits are always great for discussion purposes but quite often do not pan out to be fruitful. The best option is that the company and certain posters have been entirely honest with everyone involved, and the squeeze is successful. The "spin" that no news is good news and part of a grand scheme, is just that, part of a grand scheme.
