Given that you have apparently never been to Charleston, you once again have proven the old adage: "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt". I would absolutely LOVE to live in Charleston. And one of these days I just might do that. But back to the question of the "missing" shareholders. Why hasn't the company called a shareholder meeting to irrefutably establish the number of shareholders and the amount of shares they each hold??? They have apparently been fighting this reasonably simple and moderately expensive option since day one. But for one who is used to "brute force" solutions to your problems, it is quite apparent you obviously need a lesson in working smarter and not harder.... <wink> But I don't believe it is in the company's interest to do so. Otherwise this minor investment would almost assuredly guarantee that if there were a major short position an investor would likely step forward to assist in busting the shorts. What a shame.
