<you weren't holding out on us a little bit there buddy>

Well... Hubert Yes I was... a bit. I was told late friday that the
SEC was involved... and either at the SEXI office or talking to people
at the office on friday. I didn't go into details only because I didn't
feel this was something I should spread around, seeing that is may or
may not have been true. If I had known that the SEC involvement would
have resulted in the halting of trading, I would have shared all that
I knew...... I apologies. Even though there would not have been anything
anybody could have done over the weekend. I didn't expect this.....
but at the same time I am not surprised. From what I can tell, and this
is only a guess, the SEC is interested in the trading of unregistered
shares. I.E... the selling and or lending of restricted shares to be
bought or sold on the open market. I'm sure, based on the little I know,
that there is much more that the SEC may have on SEXI. I have been
hearing for some time rumors about illegal activity that occurred
early on in the game. Based on what I have heard, when I was told that
the SEC was involved... I saw no other recourse but to sell what I had
left. Let me tell you... it was hell to sell several hundred thousand
shares of my own and my clients at $1.20. After all, I had always hoped
to sell them at $8 or maybe even $10 down the road. But emotions have
to be set aside in these kinds of situations. I am one of the few that
made money on SEXI. I recouped my original investment many month ago.
Setting all I feel aside, I have GREAT sympathy for all those that
are holding shares.. especialy those who are holding them at a loss.
There is more involved hear then my money. There are poeple and lives.
Both those of the shareholders and those of good people who work for
this company. I do this for a living. I had my, and my clients, hard
earned cash in this stock. But I take these riskes everyday. I'm sure
there are many who will be hurt by this. Indavidual investors who put
a portion of their savings into SEXI. I feel for those who may lose
most or maybe even all they invested in this company. I don't see this
as a time to bash management, PR or anybody els in the company. Many
lives will be effected by this. I feel somewhat resposible for this.
I have supported and told people about this stock for months. I know
or several who bought based on what I told them. I Emailed them what
I knew on Friday. Unfortunately they did not have a chance to act on
what I told them.

Today is not sad for me because all my, and all others, work in this
company has gone to waist. But because many people will be hurt by this.
Many people who put there trust in those who manage this company. Trust
goes much faster then it comes. I love this biz, and it angers me when
people are hurt by the corrupt and slimy that drive the OTC BB. I got
taken too. Many good and knowledgeable people did also. I wish everybody
luck....... and hope SEXI opens in two weeks in good shape, for the sake
of all.
