If somebody came up to me at my house and said the title of this property belongs to me and he said this after he watched me invest in a new roof, floor etc, I would kick him off the property after a boot in the ass.

Which is probably why you're going to lose your shirt backing PDG.

From your posts it is abundantly clear that you don't have a clue to what you're talking about in the legalities of this case. Strongly suggest you do some homework.
