Help me out with this one, folks. On Oct. 3, 1997 the Company filed to register 2,195,000 shares. These shares were compensation for various businesses which DCI had purchased from, and went to the individuals listed below. The question to you is "Was the sale of these shares restricted in any way, or could the holders thereof sell immediately after the registration? If they were unrestricted, then I think we may reasonably assume that a lot of the recent selling has come from these people. (Or, if they were/are restricted, then,
