Anything is better than the current system. I don't see why anyone thinks they're worth a fraction of what they're paid. They don't do mergers or acquisitions. Their lawyers and accountants do it for them. I've listened to enough conference calls to know very few of them received any formal education (forget the degrees they say they have, they were bought). No one can be that dumb. Hell, they can't even tell us when their conference call is going to be until a few days or weeks before it happens. There's no reason they can't have it the day after the quarter ends. This isn't the 18th century.
