Roger,
I'll venture an opinion here. At the AGM you will hear company plans and updates. As well as shareholders, there will be outsiders and reporters. If you think you are not going to like the answer to a question, it may be better not asked "in" the meeting. The dogs will take it and run with it and blow it out of proportion just like the Lewinsky affair. That is not in shareholder interest. However, the management at last years meeting all made themselves available for discussions afterwards. I think John is saying this may be a more appropriate place to ask some sensitive questions. Reporters are usually pro or con a company. You and I are well aware of their capabilities of putting their own spin on news. They often forget their job is to report the news rather than create it! So just be aware of these possibilities before you ask a question in public. Again as a shareholder, do as you please, but remember the goal. Remember,we buy shares usually because we like the management and believe in their ability to bring goals to frutation, which intern enhances share value. We don't want to undermine their efforts so that we look intelligent. Just my opinion.

Respectfully

Frank M
