Tonto, You alluded to something that crosses my mind every time one of the "nays" suggests suing the company or management. What if I were to take Ron's generous offer and let him hook me up with a securities attorney (or any attorney, for that matter)? It would take 10 or 15 minutes to summarize the events for him (or her). He would probably ask a few questions along the way. I would, being a typical American, of course express my outrage and demand that someone is going to have to pay for this. I think he would, after considering it for 3 nanoseconds or so, ask me the rhetorical question "so who do you think has the assets, the company or the MM's and shorts?" And the answer is.....? I'm sure the nays are well aware of this, too. Therefore, attempting to incite the shareholders to sue the company is just another way of blowing smoke to try to break the SOLIDARITY that we have.
