I am amused that you might lead us all to believe that "you do understand the legalities of this case". Nobody understands the legalities of this case, NOBODY. Your assumption and belief is no more the truth than any others opinion. The truth is "you do business in these BANANNA Republics" at your own risk. You only have clear title in these countries as long as you don't discover too much of whatever you are looking for!! All companies go into these 3rd world countries with the objective of attaining clear title.It is stupid to assume that PDG didn't "think" it had clear title. But because the bureaucracy in these countries are so screwed-up nobody can be assured of "clear-title". When this is all done and over with, either PDG will have clear title or KRY will have clear title. The winner will probably have the "ONLY" clear title DEED in Venezuela. By the way don't assume for a minute that your "shirt" can't be lost backing KRY. It is a role of the dice, as it always has been. The dice just haven't come to rest yet !! the Chief
