Angel, we are in full agreement, "Therefore, attempting to incite the shareholders to sue the company is just another way of blowing smoke to try to break the SOLIDARITY that we have."

There is no money to collect, so a suit is pointless. Either you guys work and concentrate on making sure the company is doing everything within its powers and capability to trade once again so that you have an opportunity for the short squeeze, or the game is over. That effort is clearly not evident.
