Jeffrey... GEMS has sold for well under $10 at times
during the period that you say Mkt Edge has been
"negative and rightly so... seems like that was a good time to
be positive. GEMS is now higher than it was during all of
Dec. and Jan. and all but the first week of Nov. When did
their T/A go negative? Before Nov. 8 it would appear to
have been right... but if it wasn't a buy till now...
they've missed an up to 35% gain. Sometimes buying on really,
really dirt cheap fundamentals even when the T/A looks crummy
can be very rewarding. (You just have to be ambitious about
what's really really dirt cheap.)

However, I didn't buy this time, though I've bought below
10 before... have enough GEMS, and other fish
to fry....

I hope you & the Edge are right! But I'm keeping an eye peeled
for "Asia: Chapter Two" when austerity measures kick in.
