Didn't B.J Johnson run DEC's Network and Communications group
into the ground during the 80's? Blew the Terminal Server business, the bridge business, the router business, ignored TCP/IP, ignored PCs, and bet on the smoke and mirrors of OSI. Ever hear of anyone running Phase V DECNet? He turned opportunity and money into a pisspot.
