I am not sure I have an answer to your post. I am glad to see more interest in any stock I own. And OCGT continues to generate decent volume of late. But the buying seems very cautious, perhaps not to create a spike in the price. Now if the company could produce one or more positive announcements indicating rapidly increasing revenues, we might see a substantial increase in the stock price.

Maybe I differ from you in that I think a company's stock price rises when some institutional buyer gets into the game. Small investors don't create much of a trend in these penny stocks; security houses and big investors do.
