GE,

In one of Joe's posts yesterday he indicated he had call provisions on 2 million shares of DCI stock from insiders. IMO he is buying these shares back to pay for WorldPass. If I'm right this would be bullish in that much of the shares would be considered soft shares that will now never hit the market.
