Charles, OFF TOPIC: The GYMM saga is an amazing example of how a government prosecution system can goof up. Those guys(the prosecuting attorneys) sent a copy of their strategy to the defense by mistake. Now, I am not an attorney, but one usually assumes a little more intelligence than that from the legal profession. I don't know whether I believe this really happened or not but it sure makes for good discussion when folks like us are so down on the SEC legal-eagles.
