No, that is not "ballot harvesting".

Ballot harvesting is where political operatives collect ballots and turn them in on behalf of large numbers of voters, to the polls. Ostensibly, so the voters themselves need not go to the polls.

Truth is these are POLITICAL OPERATIVES. They can be present applying pressure to the voter when the ballot is marked. Worse, there is nothing to stop them from marking a ballot and getting the voter's signature without even knowing who they voted for.

It is stupid. You're an accountant. Do you think that constitutes good internal accounting control? The reason for polling places to exist at all is to provide assurance voters are not the subject of pressure from third parties on how to vote.
I want to say, your arguments since you flipped sides have become 10x crazier than they ever were before.
