Good analysis! You're right...an INTC upgrade should infer positive consequences for CPQ! Make no doubt about it....without this DEC merger, CPQ would be about 38 now...we're paying about a six point premium already for the merger....once the clouds over the merger clear we will get that premium back and then some!
